PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device reducing the number of components thereof, and an image forming apparatus mounted with the toner supply device.SOLUTION: The toner supply device (70) is configured to be detachably attached into the apparatus body (10) of the image forming apparatus (4), and to supply toner to a developing device (21). The toner supply device is provided with: a container body (72) which is configured substantially in a rectangular solid shape and configured to be inserted into the apparatus body along the longitudinal direction of the container body, and has a toner containing part (87) communicating with the developing device, and a barrel part (80) that moves downward upon receipt of energizing force from the side of the apparatus body when being inserted into the apparatus body; and a handle member (90) including a locking part (94) disposed in a rear of the barrel part viewing from an insertion direction, and configured to be received by the apparatus body side according to the downward movement of the barrel part so as to fix the toner supply device in the apparatus body. |
