PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve and a valve flow passage structure which stabilizes a supply quantity of fluid by discharging bubbles mixed in the fluid through an output port while the valve is closed.SOLUTION: The fluid control valve 1 configured to perform fluid control by contacting or separating a valve element 29 to and from a valve seat 25 is set so that an input port 22 on the ground side and an output port 28 on the top side. The output port 28 communicates with a valve chamber 30 through an output-side flow passage 27 provided in the vertical direction, and a top-side inner wall 21a of the valve chamber 30 is inclined upward to the output-side flow passage 27.
