PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation device for performing a water pressure test of a pipe by exactly fixing a tail stock of a pipe without any positioning change time of the tail stock according to a faulty seal and a length of the pipe.SOLUTION: The automatic operation device controls an advancing limit and a retreating limit of the amount of stroke of a cylinder 15 included in a water pressure tester of the pipe 21 and is composed of a switch 12 for advancing limit detection, a striker 10 for an advancing limit, a switch 13 for retreating limit detection, and a striker 11 for a retreating limit. In the automatic operation device, two angles 7, 8 are provided in parallel in an operation direction of the cylinder 15, the angle 7 integrally moves with the cylinder 15, the angle 8 is fixed, the striker 10 for an advancing limit is provided in parallel with the striker 11 for retreating limit in the angle 7 via a rail 20, the switch 12 for advancing limit detection and the switch 13 for retreating limit detection are provided in the angle 8, and the two angles are disposed oppositely so that the switch for advancing limit detection detects the striker for an advancing limit and the switch for retreating limit detection detects the striker for a retreating limit. |
