PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad clip which reduces a pad rattling sound while minimizing a pad sliding resistance.SOLUTION: When a load to be applied on the pad clip 40R in non-braking is less than a predetermined value, a brake pad 18 is pushed up only to a first elastic portion 40R1, and a second elastic portion 40R2 has a clearance with the brake pad 18. When the load to be applied on the pad clip 40R exceeds the predetermined value, the brake pad 18 is pushed up to the first elastic portion 40R1 and the second elastic portion 40R2. |
