PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner pot manufactured at low cost, for improving electromagnetic induction heating performance by increasing an exothermic efficiency of induction heating in an electromagnetic induction heating rice cooker and warmer.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the rice cooker and warmer including a body 1, a protective frame 3 forming an inner wall of the body 1, an inner pot 4 stored inside the protective frame 3 in a freely attachable and detachable manner, a bottom heating coil 5 arranged outside the protective frame 3 for carrying out induction heating of the inner pot 4, and an outer lid 2 for covering a top opening of the body 1 and inner pot 4, the inner pot 4 is composed of a clad material formed of an aluminum plate 7 on the inside and an aluminum coated steel sheet 10 on the outside, and a thickness of an aluminum coated layer after a blast shot has been carried out on the aluminum layer arranged on the outer face of the aluminum coated steel sheet is 20 μ or more. |
