PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing device and a culturing method which are capable of achieving the improvement of culturing efficiency, the scale up of culturing volume, and cost saving.SOLUTION: This culturing device 1 including a culturing vessel (a tube-shaped culturing vessel) 2 for making a culturing liquid for culturing microorganisms flow, culturing liquid-supplying means 3 for supplying the culturing liquid into the culturing vessel 2, gas-supplying means 4 for supplying a gas containing carbon dioxide to the culturing vessel 2, and an expansion tank 5 for absorbing the volume change of the culturing liquid in the culturing vessel 2, is formed with a mixing blade member 21 on the inside of the culturing vessel 2 for inducing the culturing liquid so as to flow around the axis of the culturing vessel. |
