<p>Disposed is an electric motor integrated with a gear, equipped with a motor (1) that generates drive force by electric input; a gear mechanism (2) that converts motor drive force; and a housing (8) that contains the motor and the gear mechanism, that has at least one heat pipe (3) having an evaporation unit (3e) used in a horizontal posture where a motor shaft (1s) and a gear output shaft (2s) are substantially horizontal, disposed in the motor disposing region of the housing, ; and a condensing unit (3c) disposed at the gear mechanism disposing region of the housing further at an upper side than the evaporation unit (3e) in relation to a vertical direction in the horizontal posture.</p>
