<p>PURPOSE: A probe for inspection chooses the structure of combining the compression coil spring at the lower part of the body. It is composed of the simple structure and the manufacture cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: It perpendicularly cross links a pair of plate shape plungers and the body(10) is formed. The compression coil spring offers perpendicular the elastic force to the body. One side plate shape plunger(10a) is that the first cut-out cut from the lower to the vertical upward direction is formed in the central part. The other side plate shape plunger(10b) is that the second cut-out cut from the upper to the vertical down direction is formed in the central part.</p> |
