摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood glucose measuring device that suppresses PAM from affecting measured values, and that suppresses dissolved oxygen and other sugars such as maltose from affecting measured values using a measurement system of a reagent containing FAD-GDH and potassium ferricyanide.SOLUTION: A biosensor 11 includes a first electrode 24, a second electrode 26, a space 40, and a reagent. The reagent contains at least potassium ferricyanide and glucose dehydrogenase with a flavin compound as a coenzyme. Each component of the reagent is applied to at least one of the first electrode 24 and the second electrode 26. A blood glucose measurement device 10 measures the amperage arising between the first electrode 24 and the second electrode 26 when a voltage of no more than 200 mV is applied for a certain period of time between the first electrode 24 and the second electrode 26.
