PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank which is used for manufacturing a polishing pad of satisfactory quality free from air voids, a method for manufacturing the polishing pad using the tank, and the polishing pad to be obtained by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The tank for accommodating a resin composition is structured of not less than two barrel members connected together like a frame through connecting parts. In addition, at least one connecting part includes an opening/closing member which can connect the adjacent barrel members together in the way that they open doubly. Further, at least one connecting part other than the one connecting part includes a connecting member which connects the adjacent barrel members together in swing door fashion. |
