PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection order determining method of a guide roller capable of improving efficiency in inspection work of the guide roller, by easily determining the guide roller having the high necessity of an inspection.SOLUTION: In the inspection order determining method of the guide roller, a predicted shift quantity of a web 20 between the adjacent respective guide rollers 30 is calculated based on a width of the web 20, a minimum distance between the adjacent guide rollers 30 and a supposed value of a difference between the minimum distance and a maximum distance between the adjacent guide rollers 30. Next, a correction factor is calculated based on a measured shift quantity of the web 20 measured between any one sets of adjacent guide rollers 30 and the predicted shift quantity between the set of guide rollers 30, and a correction shift quantity is calculated by correcting the predicted shift quantity by using this correction factor. Afterwards, priority of the guide roller 30 requiring the inspection is determined based on the calculated correction shift quantity. |
