PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a series of information between two devices without using a communication means such as a radio wave or an infrared ray that is likely to be intercepted by a third party.SOLUTION: Random numbers are generated in order to authenticate an owner of a mobile terminal 20. An information processing terminal 10 optically reads the random numbers so as to transmit them from the information processing terminal 10 to the mobile terminal 20. Then, a password according to the random numbers read from the information processing terminal 10 is generated in the mobile terminal 20. The password is optically read so as to be transmitted from the mobile terminal 20 to the information processing terminal 10. |
