PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of preventing clogging, properly capturing garbage and reducing a maintenance cost, and facilities using the same.SOLUTION: A first member 10 is formed like a pipe and provided with a through-hole 112; and the through-hole 112 passes through a pipe-like lateral wall section in a thickness direction. A second member 20 is provided with buoyancy against a liquid 7, and formed like a pipe; an opening 23 is provided at one end in a pipe-axis direction L; an inside dimension D5 larger than an outside dimension D1 is provided; and the second member 20, which is attached movably along the pipe-axis direction L on the outer surface of the first member 10, covers the through-hole 112 in an attached state. A storage space 62 constituting the facilities is elongated in a depth direction; and the liquid 7 is stored in the storage space 62. A connecting pipe 63 has one end connected to the storage space 62. The other end 102 of the filter device 1 is connected to the connecting pipe 63; and one end 101 thereof rises along the depth direction of the storage space 62. |
