Provided is a control device that can maintain a desired amount of electric power whilst suppressing the amount of heat generated by a second engagement device, whilst in specific traveling states such as when a vehicle is traveling at low speed. The control device controls vehicle drive devices in the following order, from an input member side: a first engagement device, a rotating electrical machine, a second engagement device, and an output member; whereby said devices are provided on a power transmission path that connects an input member, which is connected to and driven by an internal combustion engine, and the output member, which is connected to and driven by a wheel. The control device controls both the first engagement device and the second engagement device so that said devices are slip-engaged and also generates power for the rotating electrical machine. |
