PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable optical sensor, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: This optical sensor includes impurity regions for photodiodes 31, 32 formed on a semiconductor substrate 10, and angle limiting filters 41, 42 for limiting incident angles of incident light rays with respect to light reception surfaces of the photodiodes 31, 32. When a surface for forming the impurity regions for the photodiodes 31, 32 is assumed to be the front surface of the semiconductor substrate 10, the angle limiting filters 41, 42 are formed by the semiconductor substrate 10 left by forming light receiving holes in the impurity regions for the photodiodes 31, 32 from the back side of the semiconductor substrate 10. |
