PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a server group performing parallel processing.SOLUTION: An information processing system 2 includes an analysis device 100, a load management device 1010 and an information processing apparatus 1020. The information processing apparatus 1020 includes a plurality of server groups. The load management device 1010 obtains access to the information processing device 1020 from the outside, and assigns the obtained access to at least one of the plurality of server groups. The analysis device 100 calculates an index showing the operation state of the plurality of server groups from information obtained from an external network 1004, the load management device 1010, an internal network 3 or the like. The load management device 1010 controls the state of the plurality of server groups based on the index calculated by the analysis device 100.
