PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that can prevent the increase of power consumption due to parasitic capacitance of wiring.SOLUTION: In an active matrix display device, display pixels Pix are arranged in a position corresponding to intersections of scanning lines G(j) extending in a row direction and signal lines S(i) extending in a column direction. A TFT 2 is provided in the signal lines S(j) to bring an interval between the display pixel Pix and a signal driver 300 into a conduction state or a non-conduction state. The TFT 2 is connected to a switch control line Gs provided independently of the scanning lines G(i) and is controlled by a switch control circuit 200a. |
