PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing apparatus for accurately displaying a reproduction residual watching time conforming to the present reproducing velocity when a moving image file is reproduced in a reproducing velocity different from a normal reproducing velocity.SOLUTION: An image/audio reproducing time extracting part 51 extracts a reproducing time from an image code in an image decoder 21 and an audio code in an audio decoder 31. A reproduction residual watching time computing part 52 extracts a reproducing velocity from a reproducing velocity designating part 32 and a recording time from the moving image file. A reproduction residual watching time computing part 52 computes a reproduction residual watching time based on the reproducing velocity, the recording time, and the reproducing time. |
