PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device of a vehicle capable of improving coupling rigidity between a stabilizer and a suspension arm with a simple structure, and capable of obtaining a peeling prevention effect of an abutment part so as to secure stable twisting performance.SOLUTION: The abutment part 12f is arranged outside in a vehicle width direction of the suspension arm 2. A plate material 5 in a size for covering the outside insertion hole, wherein the insertion hole 5a through which the stabilizer 4 is inserted is formed is arranged so as to stretch over the vicinity of the outside through-hole of the abutment part 12f. The end part 4a of the stabilizer 4 is welded with the periphery of the insertion hole 5a of the plate material 5 as well as the plate material 5 is welded with the suspension arm 2. |
