PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange type ventilation device preventing effects by dew formation and freezing inside heat exchangers and securely continuing original heat exchange ventilation operation even when operated in winter in a cold region.SOLUTION: Inside of a body casing 1 includes: the heat exchangers 7a, 7b; a supply air sending means 8 sucking outdoor air and supplying it to an indoor side; a discharge air sending means 9 sucking indoor air and discharging it to an outdoor side; and selection means 18a, 18b selectively supplying outdoor air to air supply flow passages 14a, 14b of the heat exchangers 7a, 7b. The selection means 18a, 18b perform defrosting heat exchange ventilation for closing part of the air supply flow passages 14a, 14b sequentially and supplying outdoor air to the opened air supply flow passages 14a, 14b and heat exchange ventilation for supplying outdoor air to all of the air supply flow passages 14a, 14b. |
