PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the shipping plan capable of shortening the waiting time of the cargo handling at a berth even with a fleet in which integrated ships and pusher-barge ships are mixed.SOLUTION: A system for preparing the shipping plan includes a cargo handling plan preparation unit 94 for preparing the cargo handling plan based on the cargo handling starting time at which product lots can be handled onboard ships by each product for transport is ready at the berth for handling a plurality of products for transport constituting the product lots, and the cargo handling time required for the cargo handling of the product lots onboard the ships, and a sailing plan preparation unit 95 for preparing the sailing plan of a fleet in which integrated ships and pusher-barge ships are mixed based on the cargo handling plan prepared by the cargo handling plan preparation unit 94 and the scheduled time at which each ship arrives at the berth. |
