PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element for attaining both high luminescence efficiency and durability to be compatible.SOLUTION: The organic electroluminesent element includes, on a first electrode formed on a substrate, a thin-film layer including at least a light-emitting layer and an electron transporting layer, and a second electrode formed on the thin-film layer; and the electron transport layer contains a specific pyrene compound and the light-emitting layer contains the specific pyrene compound or a specific diindenofluorene compound. |
