PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time, until image data read from a RAM 1 is subjected to image processing and is re-recorded in the RAM 1.SOLUTION: Image data read from the RAM 1 are input to a line memory 11 or 12 for input of an input buffer 10 to be given to an image processor 2. The image data output from the image processing apparatus 2 is input to any of line memories for output 21 to 23 of an output buffer 20A to be output to the RAM 1. When there is a line memory in an empty state that is not any of a data input waiting state, a data-input state and a data-output state in any one of the line memories 21 to 23 for output, the output from the line memory 11 or 12 for input of the input buffer 10 is permitted. There is a high possibility of the existence of an empty state in the line memories 21 to 23 for output, so that the time of output-waiting state for outputting image data from the line memory 11 or 12 for input can be shortened. |
