PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel whose frame can be made narrower by reducing a dead space without short circuit of metal wires.SOLUTION: The organic EL panel includes: a plurality of metal wires 15 formed on a support substrate 11; an insulating film 12b which is formed on the support substrate 11 so as to partially cover first electrode lines 12a and the metal wires 15 and has openings 12b1 for exposing the first electrode lines 12a and contact holes 12b2 for exposing the metal wires 15; an organic light-emitting layer formed on the first electrode lines 12a; a plurality of second electrode lines 12f which are formed so as to intersect the first electrode lines 12a and are connected to the metal wires 15 via the contact holes 12b2; and insulating island portions 12d which are formed at, at least, positions where the metal wires 15 on the insulating film 12b overlap with second electrode lines 12f not connected to them via the contact holes 12b2. |
