PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition providing a molded article having an improved impact resistance, and a surface appearance in which non-uniform pearl gloss and flow marks seen in a resin composition composed of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and a polylactic acid, by adding a compatibilizer composed only of an acrylic component and having an epoxy group to a mixture of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and a polylactic acid resin.SOLUTION: An aromatic polycarbonate resin composition contains 0.1 to 30 pts.wt. of (C) the compatibilizer (component C) composed substantially of an acrylic component and having an epoxy group with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a resin component composed of 55 to 95 wt.% of (A) an aromatic polycarbonate resin (component A) and 5 to 45 wt.% of (B) a polylactic acid resin (component B).
