PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of an operation amount concerning fault detection and to detect a fault of a network device with sufficient accuracy without deteriorating fault detection speed.SOLUTION: A fault detection device 8 includes: a plurality of traffic information acquisition units 16a, 16b which acquire a plurality of different pieces of traffic information to the network device; a plurality of fault determination value calculation units 18a, 18b which calculate fault determination values, respectively from the respective pieces of acquired traffic information; a fault determination value integration unit 12 which performs weighting to the respective fault determination values calculated by the fault determination value calculation units 18a, 18b, respectively, and integrates the respective fault determination values to which the weighting is performed, to generate the total fault determination value; and a fault detection unit 13 which detects the fault of the network device based on the total fault determination value generated by the fault determination value integration unit 12. |
