Disclosed is an immunochromatographic test strip that is for measuring a polyvalent antigen and that has a wide measurement range in an immunochomatographic measurement method that uses colloidal gold as a marker and that measures a polyvalent antigen. A wider measurement range than conventional methods was successfully enabled by using a conjugate-for measuring a polyvalent antigen and obtained from a liquid mixture of a colloidal gold solution and a solution of a monoclonal antibody corresponding to the polyvalent antigen that is to be measured-that is characterized by the concentration of said antibody in said liquid mixture being an antibody concentration that is 1/4-1/2 of the maximum bound antibody concentration of said antibody in colloidal gold.
