<p>The invention relates to the field of conveying and, more precisely, to the design of a lining for the drive drums of belt conveyors. What is proposed is: a device for lining transportation means, said device comprising inserts in the form of metallic substrates which conform to the surface to be covered and are connected thereto, and lining coverings consisting of poorly combustible vulcanized rubber which are connected to said metallic substrates and have profiled outer surfaces in the form of intercommunicating grooves, wherein said grooves have cross sections which decrease in size over the depth thereof. The technical result consists in preventing rock from becoming stuck in the grooves in the lining covering and in increasing the service life of the lining covering, and maintaining a constant coefficient of friction between the conveyor belt and the profiled covering of the drive drum.</p> |
