PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet having excellent gas-barrier properties even under a high humidity condition, by solving a problem that a membrane comprising cellulose nanofibers shows good gas-barrier properties to some degree under a dry condition, but deteriorates remarkably in the gas-barrier properties under a high humidity condition; and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: This sheet includes a membrane comprising cellulose nanofibers, in which the cellulose nanofibers positioned in the vicinity of at least one surface within this membrane are oriented approximately parallel to the surface of this membrane.
