PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin varnish impregnation apparatus capable of impregnating even the inside of a substrate thoroughly with a resin varnish and to provide a method of producing a resin varnish impregnated substrate.SOLUTION: The resin varnish impregnation apparatus 1 is used to impregnate the substrate (A) with a resin varnish 3 while carrying a long substrate (A) and includes a dip vessel 2 storing the resin varnish 3 in its inside 2a and a dip roll 4 arranged in the inside 2a of the dip vessel 2 so as to be immersed in the resin varnish 3. The surface 4a of the dip roll 4 has been subjected to a release treatment. In the method of producing the resin varnish impregnated substrate, the long substrate (A) is carried to the dip vessel 2 storing the resin varnish 3 in its inside 2a so as to be immersed in the resin varnish 3 and brought into contact with the surface 4a of the dip roll 4, arranged in the inside 2a of the dip vessel 2 so as to be immersed in the resin varnish 3 and having been subjected to a release treatment, in order to impregnate the substrate (A) with the resin varnish 3. |
