PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device that makes a call to a public telephone network again when facsimile transmission using an IP network fails and a call to the public telephone network can be made.SOLUTION: When a control unit 10 detects a communication error at the time of making a call to the IP network by an IP-FAX unit 80, the call to the public telephone network is made by an analog FAX unit 70 by using a telephone number when destination information which is used when the call to the IP network is made is destination information obtained by converting the telephone number whose input is received by an operation unit 51 into destination information corresponding to a destination and the call to the public telephone network by the analog FAX unit 70 is not made when the destination information which is used when the call to the IP network is made is an address whose input is received by the operation unit 51. |
