PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet-coated metal laminate which is excellent in weatherability, embossing transfer properties, embossing heat resistance, processability, and surface hardness.SOLUTION: In the resin sheet-coated metal laminate 110, a resin layer (layer A) 10 containing a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit derived from a dihydroxy compound having part expressed by the formula (1) in part of its structure is provided on a metal plate 50, wherein, a case in which the part expressed by the formula (1) is part of -CH-O-H is excluded. |
