PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like structure of very high heat conductivity and electrical conductivity that uses a linear structure of carbon element, and an electronic apparatus that uses the sheet-like structure, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The sheet-like structure has: a plurality of linear structures 12 of carbon element, and a packing layer 14 of thermoplastic resin that is arranged among the plurality of linear structures 12. At least one end part of the plurality of linear structures 12 is exposed from the packing layer 14, and a part of linear structure 12 that is exposed from the packing layer 14 is bent in the direction parallel to the surface of the packing layer 14.
