PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy used at production when producing a filler for a rubber or a resin, and to improve homogeneity and mixing stability.SOLUTION: A filler composition is produced by mixing dry natural pulp and dry powdered resin. The natural pulp is preferably paper pulp and is preferably natural pulp obtained by raveling printed waste paper e.g., newspaper, lightly coated paper, coated paper with high ash content, non-coated paper, etc. As the powdered resin, a polyolefin resin powder, a waste rubber powder, etc. can be used. |
