Disclosed is a laminate wherein a surface layer is laminated on a substrate via an intermediate layer, and wherein the thickness of the intermediate layer is 8-40µm, and the thickness of the surface layer is 0.4-1.5 times that of the intermediate layer. The laminate satisfies (A) and/or (B) below. (A) The tand (loss tangent) of the intermediate layer is at least 0.2 as measured at a vibration frequency of 1Hz and at 20°C. (B) The ratio (MG/SG) of the storage modulus (MG) of the intermediate layer relative to the storage modulus (SG) of the surface layer is 0.003-0.14 as measured at a vibration frequency of 1Hz and at 20°C.
