摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse laser welding method of an aluminum alloy material capable of preventing any weld crack and having high productivity even when executing the pulse laser welding of the aluminum alloy of high strength which is thin-walled for use.SOLUTION: A material to be welded is formed of an aluminum alloy which has the composition consisting of, by mass, 0.1-1.8% Mn, 0.4-1.2% Mg, 0.1-3.0% Cu, <0.3% Si, and <1.0% Fe, and the balance aluminum with inevitable impurities. A pair of the materials to be welded are arranged, and subjected to the pulse laser welding by applying pulse laser beam of two-stage waveform consisting of the first pulse laser beam 1 and the second pulse laser beam 2 to the materials to be welded. In the first and second pulse laser beams, the ratio P/Pof the peak output value is 0.3-0.6, and the ratio t/tof the application time is ≥1.5.
