PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly set an allowable range of time lag of sampling timing for each sampling value.SOLUTION: A data-monitoring device includes a standard time-series data generating unit 11 for generating standard time-series data using a plurality of pieces of time-series data acquired in the normal time among time-series data including sampling values for each sampling timing; a distributed data generating unit 12 for generating distributed data, indicating a distributed state of the sampling timing for each sampling value of the standard time-series data; a time-series data acquiring unit 10 for acquiring time-series data; and a warpage path calculating unit 13 for calculating a warpage path that arranges the time-series data and the standard time-series data in two-dimensional coordinates and minimizes distance between the time-series data and the standard time-series data. The warping path calculating unit 13 calculates the warping path, by limiting the route of the warpage path to lie within the distributed range of the sampling timing defined by the content of the distributed data. |
