PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method by which a flow flash point waste fluid such as a waste solvent, waste coating, waste ink, waste thinner, by-produced glycerol or waste coating distillation residue, having the risk of fire or explosion, needing a fire-preventing countermeasure, explosion-preventing countermeasure and the like, and difficult in treatments can safely and economically be used as a fuel, and to provide a solid fuel obtained by the treatment method.SOLUTION: The method for treating the low flash point waste fluid is characterized by mixing a high flash point waste fluid containing both an oily solvent component and an aqueous solvent component with a low flash point waste fluid, and preferably further by mixing the mixture with a biomass such as crushed waste Tatami-mat, crushed rice straws, wood chips, wood flour, saw dusts, waste paper or waste fibers. |
