PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recycling workability by disassembling the yoke and the coil bobbin easily in an assembled compact self-holding solenoid.SOLUTION: A yoke 11 is inserted into bobbin holes from one end of coil bobbins 13a, 13b. Band hooks at one end of the coil bobbins 13 are bent into a magnet installation hole in the yoke 11. A permanent magnet is installed in the magnet installation hole. A band hook 13f is inserted between a bridge 22 disposed between the yoke legs and a permanent magnet 12. The yoke 11 and the coil bobbins 13a, 13b are fixed. The assembled compact self-holding solenoid is constructed in such a way that the yoke and the coil bobbins are easily disassembled by removing the permanent magnet 12. |
