PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the radiant heat of irradiation light of high power intensity from exerting effect on a part to be observed even in a case that the irradiation light of high power intensity is used in an image pickup device for taking an image by irradiating the part to be observed with irradiation light.SOLUTION: The image pickup device includes a temperature data acquiring part 38a for acquiring the data related to the temperature of the part to be observed and a liquid injection part for injecting a liquid toward the part to be observed on the basis of the data related to the temperature acquired by the temperature data acquiring part. |
