PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism obtained by transforming a plasmid expressible of human Fc receptor FcγRI close to a natural product using a genetic engineering method and a method for producing a human FcγRI using the same.SOLUTION: The Aspergillus oryzae expressible of a soluble human Fc receptor FcγRI is obtained by transforming an Aspergillus oryzae by introducing an expression plasmid containing a polynucleotide encoding a soluble human Fc receptor FcγRI to the Aspergillus oryzae. A human FcγRI close to a natural product is mass-produced inexpensively and in a solubilized state by producing a soluble human Fc receptor FcγRI using the Aspergillus oryzae.
