The disclosed electricity-generation device (1) uses a fuel cell (2) that has a fuel electrode (5), to which a fuel gas is supplied, and an air electrode (6), to which air is supplied. Said electricity-generation device is provided with: a fuel gas conduit (3) through which the aforementioned fuel gas flows; a cover (9) that covers the outside of the fuel gas conduit (3), thereby forming an air passage (4) that extends alongside the fuel gas conduit (3) between the outer wall (8a) of the fuel gas conduit (3) and the cover (9); an air inlet (10), formed in the cover (9), that lets air into the air passage (4); and an air outlet (11) that is disposed downstream of the abovementioned air electrode, which is exposed to the air passage (4), and that connects the fuel gas conduit (3) to the air passage (4). |
