PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell in which an electrode plate is wrapped by a separator, missing of an electrode active material and damages of a separator are hard to occur, and which is superior in safety.SOLUTION: The battery cell has: a plate shaped current collector, a first electrode plate equipped with a first electrode active material coated on one face of the current collector and a second electrode active material coated on the another face of the current collector; a first separator arranged covering the first electrode active material; and a second electrode plate which has different polarity from that of the first electrode plate and which is laminated on the first electrode plate via the first separator. A first angle that is the angle between a collector and an inclined surface that ranges from an end portion of the current collector to a surface of a first electrode active material is smaller than a second angle that is the angle between the current collector and an inclined surface that ranges from the end portion of the current collector to a surface of a second electrode active material. |
