PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder resin composition for a nonaqueous secondary battery electrode, capable of improving the input/output characteristics and cycle characteristics of a nonaqueous secondary battery, particularly, a lithium ion secondary battery at a low temperature in a well-balanced manner.SOLUTION: The binder resin composition for the nonaqueous secondary battery electrode includes: a composite polymer (A) of a fluorine-based polymer (a1) and a polymer (a2) including oxygen-containing functional groups; and a cellulosic polymer (B) having a viscosity of 1,000 cP (a E-type viscometer, 25°C, 20 rpm) or higher in a state of 1 mass% aqueous solution. A negative electrode for the nonaqueous secondary battery using the same, and the nonaqueous secondary battery are provided.
