PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission management system capable of transmitting only required information to each notification destination when transmitting event information from a transmission terminal to notification destinations.SOLUTION: A transmission management system has: a notification destination storage means for storing notification destination information in association with similarity information of attribute information representing whether attribute information of a transmission terminal is identical to attribute information of a transmission terminal that becomes a communication destination of that transmission terminal; an attribute information acquiring means for acquiring the attribute information of the transmission terminal and the attribute information of the transmission terminal that becomes the communication destination of that transmission terminal; a determination means for determining whether the acquired attribute information of the transmission terminal is identical to the attribute information of the transmission terminal being communicating with that transmission terminal; and an event information transmitting means for retrieving the notification destination storage means on the basis of the determined similarity information, extracting corresponding notification destination information, and transmitting event information to a notification destination relating to the extracted notification destination information.
