PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a method and a program for changing item names, capable of customizing item names, while increasing the manufacturer side convenience, including reduction in the cost of customizing and man-hours, and user convenience, such as, free customization that is unique to users.SOLUTION: A definition unit 102a inputs and stores the names, before and after change of screen data in a name change master table 106a. Search unit 102d searches for he screen data created by an application starting unit 102b for names, including the name before change held by the name change master table 106a. Once the names are retrieved, a change unit 102e replaced the name before change, with the name after change corresponding to the name before change, by referring to the name change master table 106a and thereby the retrieved names included in the screen data are changed. |
