PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump which achieves the improvement of detection accuracy and the reduction of false detection in the monitoring of the mounting condition of a syringe in the syringe pump.SOLUTION: The syringe pump is equipped with a first detection part (303) which is arranged on a clamp 121 and detects the presence or absence of a body part SB of a syringe S; two or more second detection parts (301, 302) which are arranged on a support base 122, detect the presence or absence of the body part SB of the syringe S, and have high detection sensitivity; and a determination part which determines mounting condition based on the output of the first detection part (303) and two or more second detection parts (301, 302) when the mounting of the syringe S is completed. The determination part is characterized by switching the output which is used for the determination of the mounting condition depending on whether solution sending is working or not. |
