PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid phase matrix used for isolating and/or purifying immunoglobulins with high efficiency and high purity, and to provide a method therefor.SOLUTION: The solid phase matrix is represented by general formula M-SP-L [wherein M is a matrix skeleton; SP is a spacer; L is a ligand represented by the structural formula (I) (Ris -Z-N(R)or the like; Ris -H, -halogen, -OR, -NH, -alkyl, -NO, -SOH, -N(R)C(O)N(R), triazole or the like; R, Rand Rare -H or (un)substituted alkyl; Z is single bond, (un)substituted alkylene, (un)substituted alkenylene or (un)substituted alkynylene; and n is 0 to 4) or a tautomer thereof]. The method for use of the matrix is also provided. |
