PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a circuit board to be positioned with high accuracy and to prevent a battery from being deformed when a top cover and a bottom cover are resin moldings.SOLUTION: The front of a battery 10 and a convex-part of a substrate holder 12 come in contact with each other, so that a circuit board 11 is held by the substrate holder 12. A circuit component 11a is mounted on the circuit board 11. The battery 10, the substrate holder 12, and the circuit board 11 held by the substrate holder 12 are housed in a space for resin-molding, and a resin is injected into the space to form a resin-molded part integrated. End faces of legs 41a and 41b of the substrate holder 12 are exposed to the neighborhoods of the both ends of the resin-molded part on the upper surface of a battery pack, and holes 45a and 45b are formed on the end face. Pins projecting from a die in molding are inserted into holes 45a, 45b to fix the position of the substrate holder 12, so that the position of the circuit board 11 can be held with high accuracy. |
