PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain sufficient durability and operability with an inexpensive structure without increasing diameters.SOLUTION: A body part 61 of an overtube 11 with a balloon is provided with a liquid collection channel 72. The liquid collection channel 72 collects body fluid entering a gap between an insertion channel 70 where an insertion part 13 of an electronic endoscope 10 is inserted and the insertion part 13. The liquid collection channel 72 is placed closer to one side with respect to an axis of the body part 61. A radial direction internal shape cross section of the body part 61 combining the insertion channel 70 and the liquid collection channel 72 is almost gourd-shaped and an external shape cross section of the body part 61 is almost circular. A grip part 60 to be a distal end part of the overtube 11 is bent in the opposite direction to a place where the liquid collection channel 72 is disposed and prevents the body fluid collected in the liquid collection channel 72 from flowing outside. |
